Castle Statenberg meet Canadians and Slovenians

Štatenberg Castle is located near the Slovenian town of Makole, on the outskirts of the Haloze region, overlooking the Dravinja River. It was built by Count Ignacij Maria Attems as his summer residence, with construction completed around 1740. Today, the castle hosts various celebrations and events.
Vanessa is a Canadian whose distant relatives hail from Slovenia. She met Danijel while visiting her family who lives near Danijel's home. Choosing the country for their wedding was an easy decision, and the castle's autumnal colors made for an even more stunning setting.
